Fort Mose 1738 is committed to the economic empowerment of artisans in Accra Ghana by providing manufacturing jobs in the textile industry for the majority of our products.
Florida
Fort Mose was the first legally sanctioned free African settlement in what would become the United States. Our founder is a member of the Fort Mose Historical Society and supports the efforts to rebuild Fort Mose on its original site.

Virginia & Washington D.C.
We have participated in the Washington D.C. Alumni Foundation Fashion Show and Brunch Fundraiser. We also support the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University, which celebrates the shared humanity of all citizens of the world. We also support Black Art Student Empowerment at Virginia Commonwealth University, a student led organization that seeks to ignite creative collaborations between artists.

The CEO is a co-founder of Sweet Evening Breeze, a non-profit dedicated to providing LGBTQ+ affirming services to youth experiencing homelessness.
